Law firm with over 60 years of history, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney with 9+ years of experience to join their team in Sacramento, CA.

Who you are:
9+ years of experience in labor and employment law
Ability to provide practical advice and counsel to clients
Experience preparing for and attending arbitrations and administrative hearings (PERB, etc.)
Strong contract review and general legal counsel skills
CA Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with CalPERS rules and benefits
Interest in handling municipal law matters, including public contracting, governance, or Public Records Act responses
What you will be doing:
Providing legal counsel and advice on labor and employment matters
Representing clients in arbitrations and administrative hearings
Reviewing and advising on employment contracts and related legal matters
Mentoring junior associates and collaborating within the municipal practice
Handling municipal law issues related to public contracting, governance, or public records (if interested)
