Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Workers' Compensation Attorney to represent individuals in claims related to workplace injuries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations, and be committed to advocating for the rights of injured workers.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in workers' compensation hearings and negotiations
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to cases
Gather and analyze evidence to support clients' claims
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on their rights and options
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations
Prepare clients for depositions and court appearances
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain clear communication throughout the legal process

Qualifications

1+ year plaintiff workers' compensation experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Bar Admission in Illinois
Portable business is a huge plus
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Commitment to client service and the ability to empathize with clients' situations
