Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant state
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney
- Working understanding of medical malpractice and general liability cases
- Proficient in litigation procedures and trial preparation
