Position: Tax Manager
Location: West Chester, OH

Position Overview
The Tax Manager will oversee and manage the tax compliance and planning functions for a variety of clients throughout the greater Cincinnati area. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic tax planning advice to enhance the overall financial performance of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the preparation and filing of business tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, ensuring optimal tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate and lead tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax considerations into business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or tax-related roles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and business tax returns.
Experience working with small businesses
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
