We are a boutique mid-sized accounting & advisory firm with over 80 employees and have been in business for over 50+ years. We specialize in working with High Net Worth Individuals and their families along with clients in Entertainment, Non Profit, Financial Services and Real Estate.

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role offering competitive compensation along with flexible schedules, capped busy & non busy season hours, 5 Weeks PTO, Full Health Benefits and more.

Responsibilities:

Manage a client base consisting of Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates & Individuals
Serve as a technical resource to the firm and clients
Manage multiple engagements
Provide leadership, supervision and training to staff
Excellent client management
Tax research and tax planning

Qualifications

CPA certification is required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
At least 5 or more years of experience in Public Accounting
At least 3 or more years of experience working at the Tax Manager level
Experience working with clients in Real Estate, Entertainment and/ or HNWI's is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
