--Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college/university
--CPA strongly preferred (open to EA candidates)
--Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and reviewing complex business and/or personal tax returns, preferably across various industries

As a Manager-level professional, you will perform technical reviews on intricate tax returns (corporate, individual, and partnerships) for our clients. Additionally, you will conduct research on tax issues and offer recommendations for client-specific matters. This role involves leading junior-level staff within the engagement team, encompassing coaching, mentoring, or hands-on training. Recognizing the significance of relationships here, this position is pivotal in creating and nurturing both internal team connections and external client relationships.

--Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and reviewing complex business and/or personal tax returns, preferably across various industries.
--Conducting in-house continuing education and training for junior-level staff.
--Managing monthly client billing and engagement workflow.
--Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
--MBA or MAcc preferred but not mandatory.
--Salary: $120K-$150K DOE
