We are actively looking for an experienced Superintendent in either production residential or build to rent projects in the Phoenix area to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Manage the assigned units from start to finish
-Work closely with BTR Corporate leadership and Division Leadership to meet project goals
-Build and maintain positive subcontractor relations
-Continually evaluate quality, safety, scheduling and cost control measures and enforce site safety
-Manage the construction schedule and ensure that the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget
-Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain schedule, authorize payment for materials received and work completed
