The right individual will manage the successful and timely completion of project(s) within budget, on schedule, and with high quality standards while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations on project site(s), from planning to completion.
Ability to lead, manage, and mentor multiple people. Develop and maintain site logistics.
Understand drawings, plans, and procurement of materials
Plan and manage schedule, budget, and effectively controls costs.
Anticipate and propose solutions to any issues.
Ensure, administer, and reinforce job site safety program, quality management and overall schedule supervision and coordination of manpower.
Communicate issues, events, progress, and performance regularly.
Strong Communication Skills
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of construction experience
OSHA 30 required
