Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
Location: Apopka, FL
Salary: $70k - $105k

- Lead process technology transfers from Process Engineering department to Manufacturing department
- Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new and existing products
- Perform troubleshooting of problems in assembly areas working toward root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes
- Interface with Design Engineering team regarding process capabilities, materials, and review new products to ensure they meet Design for Manufacturing (DFM) criteria
10+ Years of Experience With:
- Experience with wire bond and die attach
- Semiconductor manufacturing
- Knowledge of MIL, IPC, and, J-STD standards
- SMT Process development
- Hands on experience with SolidWorks and CAD
- Knowledge of 5S, SPC, and, lean manufacturing practices
- Documentation with PCB software (nice to have)
- Base Salary: $70k - $105k
