Where: Remote (Any U.S. time zone)
Pay range: $150-170,000 + Benefits + Completely Remote
CPA status and three to five years of experience as a tax manager are prerequisites.

What You're Going to Do
With an emphasis on Individual HNW and/OR Real Estate, the first level examines and manages tax returns, extensions, and tax planning computations for all entity types. It also reviews financial statements and completes accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records.
- Create and evaluate intricate tax planning estimates for both individuals and corporations. - Oversee and keep track of client deliverables and deadlines.
Compile or evaluate intricate individual income, gift, and estate tax returns for the United States and each state; carry out intricate tax research; and draft a letter summarizing findings and conclusions.
-Answer audits, questions, and tax notices from the IRS and state agencies. Discuss various tax-related issues directly with management, coworkers, current clients, and IRS agents.
What You'll Need for This Job
At least four to seven years of relevant experience
Knowledge of individual tax planning and compliance (a CCH background is advantageous)
Experience with tax research (RIA)
Experience returning gifts, estates, and trusts would be advantageous.
Partnership tax experience would be advantageous.
