Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Laguna Hills (Onsite 3 days a week)
Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 Annual Base Salary (depending on experience)
We are a well funding, small company that has been in business for 20 years. We have pushed the boundaries in AI and helped improve technology in various industries such as biomed, space, and military. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Laguna Hills, CA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning algorithms from scratch, focusing on State Space Modeling and other innovative techniques.
We have about 40 employees but this person will be on our R&D team (about 5 engineers) reporting to our Lead Scientist of the team who will delegate duties with timelines. This is an opportunity to develop AI using new algorithms that people have not seen before and for new hardware that no one has programmed before! We are looking for talented candidates that have studied subjects like Theoretical Physics, AI, Mathematics, etc.
