Position Overview
The Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) professional plays a crucial role in providing financial insights and strategic support to the company's leadership. This position involves comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business performance and aid decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends and insights that support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and CAPEX proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial planning and reporting purposes.
Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualize financial data and trends.
Support strategic planning initiatives through detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company maintains optimal financial health.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis.
Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Knowledge of corporate finance principles and revenue recognition standards.
Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
