Senior Fire Protection Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Protection Project Manager to lead and manage fire protection projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, managing project timelines, and delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage fire protection projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure fire protection systems are integrated seamlessly into building designs.
Conduct site inspections and oversee the installation of fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
Ensure compliance with local fire codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders.
Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and final project documentation to clients and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire protection project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex fire protection projects.
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications related to fire protection, project management, or engineering are a plus.
