Title: Senior Controls Engineer
Location: Annapolis, MO (hybrid options can be available)
We are seeking a senior controls engineer to join our growing team! This person will be responsible for designing and implementing instrument and control systems for SCADA applications, from concept to startup. This includes control panel design, PLC programming and integration (Allen-Bradley, Modicon, GE Fanuc), and graphic development using tools like FIX Intellution and RS View. The role involves creating instrumentation solutions for measuring level, flow, pressure, and analytical parameters, as well as preparing control panel designs using AutoCAD.
Job Description
Work in conjunction with consulting engineering firm specifications integrating the I&C system into the overall project
Development and programming and integration of PLC systems with Allen-Bradley Control Logix, Modicon, Unity, GE Fanuc PLC
Graphics Development with FIX Intellution, Allen-Bradley RS View, Modicon Magellis, Citec
AutoCAD latest version for control panel design and Submittal Preparation
Design of Instrumentation application in terms of Level, Flow, Analytical and Pressure measurement
Approximately 5% travel for project start-up and systems training for customers
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
7+ years experience in the design of instrumentation and control systems
Experience in programming PLCs
Excellent communications skills
Knowledge and Design of Instrumentation application in terms of Level, Flow, Analytical and Pressure measurement
Waste and or water treatment, liquids processing such as chemical, liquid food or pharmaceutical or refinery process or similar liquid processing instrumentation and control systems design
