Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join us in our Raleigh, NC office. For this role we are looking for someone with experience in handling complex commercial disputes, with a focus on real estate, intellectual property, and business litigation. You will play an important role on our team representing clients in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings, while providing strategic legal advice to ensure the success of out clients and the firm. Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and arbitration proceedings
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes
Negotiate settlements and advise clients on litigation risks and options
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD)
Licensed to practice in North Carolina
5+ years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong expertise in real estate, intellectual property, and business law
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Proven track record of managing complex cases and achieving favorable results
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
