We are seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to join our team. As a Construction Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to create realistic project timelines.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Identify potential delays or issues and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- This role reports to the Director of Site Sustaining Capital
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a construction scheduler.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices.
Salary range $70K - 85K
