Outside Sales Representative - Large Infrastructure Products - Strong Territory: Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Southern Illinois, and South Dakota (about 2-3 overnights per week)
Your territory for this position is: Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Southern Illinois, and South Dakota. Candidate should live in the KC greater area and could consider Omaha or Des Moines
Seeking early in career, (even new grads if degree in Construction Services/Management or the like) candidates OR 7+ years experience within the Water Works, construction sciences and similar. We seek sales candidates with a passion for sales, consultative and relationship building sales and engineering savvy candidates.

-Travel 2-3 overnights per week.

Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth for large infrastructure products within the Florida region. This role focuses on building relationships with clients in the construction and utilities sectors, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers in the Water Works, Piping, construction and utilities sectors.
Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue them through networking and cold calling.
Provide clients with detailed information about large infrastructure products and services.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and specifications of products.
Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software to maintain accurate records.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of construction products and sales techniques.
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Florida region. (2-3 overnights per week)
Experience with large infrastructure products such as iron, water works, and utilities is a plus.
