Position Summary
This role involves overseeing and coordinating all activities within your craft according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on-site direction. Ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and working closely with vendors to meet specifications is essential.

- 10-15 years of relevant experience is required. An associate's or bachelor's degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create accurate reports, deliver presentations, and share information effectively.
- Ability to identify and comprehend critical elements of situations, interpret implications, and attend to details.
- Effective in planning and controlling work, motivating and developing subordinates, and improving work methods and results.
- Skilled in breaking down problems, understanding underlying issues, and simplifying complex matters.
- Efficient in resource planning and cost reduction.
- Attentive to detail and accuracy, committed to continuous improvement, and proactive in addressing quality issues.
- Ability to monitor construction schedules and advise on potential setbacks or issues.
- Communicates the importance of safety, ensures timely completion of safety audits, and assists in developing improvement procedures.
What We Expect (Essential Functions)
- Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
- Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs.
- Collaborate with clients, project management, and other construction management to determine budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
- Create schedules for workers and subcontractors.
- Maintain a daily log for job site operations, reporting to management as necessary.
- Make operational changes as needed to meet construction deadlines.
- Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques.
