Job Title: Sr. Associate or Partner (Real Estate)
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $150,000-$200,000 (Base) | $180,000-$300,00 (Total Comp)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing a mix of litigation and transactional real estate duties
Collaborating with the Senior Partner to manage and expand the real estate practice.
Handling a variety of real estate areas including: acquisitions, land development, financing, leasing, and litigation
Handling disputes
Leasing for franchisees
Entitlements for development projects
Contracts for commercial sales
Build your own book of business
QUALIFICATIONS:
