Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Upper Chichester, PA ***This is an on-site position***
Salary: $24 - $27/ hour + extensive benefits, 401k, and opportunity to work overtime

What You Will Be Doing

- Inspections and approval of curtainwall components or units throughout the manufacturing process
- Inspections and tests for incoming materials against drawings, procedures, and other quality standards
- Reporting of inspection results into Epicor while maintaining various inspection logs & spreadsheets
- Report NCRs for discrepant materials found during inspections
- Utilize 2D and 3D engineering CAD drawings to determine if the curtainwall units are fabricated and installed correctly
- Communication with colleagues when quality issues are identified
- Utilize ADP/Epicor to track hours spent supporting projects
- Comply with all safety standards and requirements
- Additional tasks as needed

What You Need for this Position

Required:
- Experience using quality tools
- History of inspecting large manufactured items
- Ability to read blueprints & models
- Advanced knowledge and experience with measurement tools which includes tape measures, calipers, protractors, etc.
- High School Diploma

Preferred:
- Experience working in a heavy manufacturing or large-assembly environment
- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience with curtainwall and construction industry
