Project Superintendent - Ground-up Multifamily Construction
We are a top multi-family developer and builder in the country and are looking for experienced multi-family superintendents to join our Phoenix/AZ team.
We have a top notch reputation for being one of the best apartment builders in the country, and have 4-5 upcoming jobs for end of 2024 and into 2025.
We have been in the Phoenix market for years, and plan to continue growth in all sectors in and around Phoenix.
We are looking for at least 2-3 multi-family projects worth of experience- ground up 100+ unit projects are a plus. Senior living, hotel and student housing deals will be highly applicable as well.
We pay top of the market base salaries, annual bonus as a percentage of your salary, car allowance, great health and ancillary benefits, 401k and the other normal perks.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project delivery, maintain high-quality standards, and manage on-site personnel effectively. This role is critical in coordinating between various stakeholders to achieve project goals and uphold safety protocols.
