Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
• Ensure accurate project estimates and collaborate with owners and the design team on preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review the scope of work, discuss cost reduction, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee the buyout process and select subcontractors.
• Conduct biweekly on-site job meetings and organize multiple activities to achieve desired results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating project processes, making sound decisions under tight deadlines, and acting with integrity to support company values and associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Strong preference for design-build experience
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required
