Project Manager

We're a leader in the Carolinas for roofing and siding, providing services for large residential and commercial clients. We are based in Charlotte, NC with offices in Greensboro, Myrtle Beach, Raleigh and Wilmington, and potentially growing! We're a small family owned team with a collaborative team culture and environment fostered around work-life balance and personalized growth unique to where it is our people want to go. Our office in Wilmington is growing and we're looking for an awesome Project Manager to join our team! Could this be you?

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage roofing installation projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project changes and update documentation accordingly.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or roofing industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Experience with roofing installation processes and materials.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with siding, commercial, and residential projects is a plus.
