We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage steel projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of steel fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the steel fabrication industry.
Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
