Because of our growth, we are looking for a Project Manager with at least 3+yrs of recent experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
-Allocate resources for assigned projects.
-Supervise on-site construction teams.
-Interface with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
-Manage detailed project plans and report on progress.
Qualifications
-At least 3+yrs of recent experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry
-Previous experience with with Ground UP &/OR T.I./Class A Interior Design Build Projects (over $2M)
-Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
-Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, or similar project management software.
