Job Overview:
As a Project Manager you will lead high-profile glazing projects from concept to completion. You'll be at the helm of our mission to deliver quality craftsmanship and ensure every detail aligns with client expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for project execution and innovation in commercial glazing.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee multiple commercial glazing projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and general contractors, serving as their primary point of contact.
Team Coordination: Lead project teams, including engineers, drafters, and field staff, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including material procurement, labor costs, and change orders.
Scheduling: Create and monitor project schedules to meet critical deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve project challenges promptly, maintaining a focus on solutions and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing or a closely related industry.
Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.
Strong understanding of glazing systems, materials, and installation processes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
