Overview:
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, providing comprehensive legal support, and advocating for clients through all stages of litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
-Manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip-and-fall, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation
-Handle all aspects of case preparation, including client intake, drafting legal documents, legal research, and discovery.
-Provide strong representation for clients in negotiations, settlements, and trials.
-Maintain open communication with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
-Stay up to date on relevant laws and legal precedents.
-Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through diligent, ethical, and proactive legal service.
Requirements:
-Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
-Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
-Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
-Compassionate, client-focused attitude with a desire to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
