Position Overview
We are seeking a Paralegal with at least two years of experience in legal support roles. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of legal tasks with precision and efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support
- Manage and organize case files and documentation
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a paralegal role
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Office Suit
