Key Responsibilities

Lead the commissioning process for MEP systems on construction projects.
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Perform inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Develop and implement commissioning plans, including schedules and resource allocations.
Conduct testing and validation of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality.
Prepare technical documentation and reports detailing commissioning activities and outcomes.
Identify and resolve issues and problems during the commissioning process promptly.
Provide training and support to operations staff on MEP system functionalities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning or project management.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and quality control standards.
Proficiency in electrical controls and HVAC systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
