BS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of:
- Estimating commercial construction projects
- Mechanical trades including HVAC, process piping and plumbing preferred
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, FastPIPE, FastDUCT, QuickPen, Excel or similar
- Evaluating project plans and bid documents
- Reviewing material take-offs
- Requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors
- Labor, material and equipment estimates
