Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally and in compliance with safety standards. This role involves managing a team of maintenance personnel, developing maintenance strategies, and maintaining an efficient workflow to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
