Job Title: Litigation Associate (Mass Torts)
Job Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary: $90,000-$130,000
ABOUT US:
We are a boutique law firm that does commercial law and complex litigation. We have multiple offices throughout North Carolina and represent clients regionally and nationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle mass tort matters as part of our litigation team
Manage cases in South Carolina and North Carolina
Investigate litigation matters
Argue and defend motions
Take and defend depositions
Participate in trial
