We are one of the top REITs in the nation with an impressive West Coast retail portfolio. We currently have an immediate opening for a Leasing Associate to join our LA leasing team. The successful candidate will have some prior experience leasing outdoor retail properties.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Leasing Associate you will work towards accomplishing all leasing goals for our West Coast portfolio. This includes working with senior associates to conduct property showings, negotiating proposals and leases, developing and maintaining crucial relationships for business development, stay up to date with market movements, prepare leasing reports, and close out deals.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Requirements:
1.) 2+ years leasing outdoor retail properties

Competitive Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + Commissions
