IT Security Director
Based in Phoenix, AZ, we are a publically traded firm with an established brand and over 5000 employees. We have a large portoflio of businesses that we've acquired and we continue to acquire more as we scale. Currently, we are looking for an Director of IT Security to spearhead, manage and develop our security & IT programs across the firm.
This is an excellent opporunity for someone who wants to have visiblity across a large organization and collaborate with c-suite executives/stakeholders.
Position Overview
The IT Security Director is responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's information security strategy, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills to safeguard the company's information technology assets and to manage risks associated with cybersecurity threats.
This position is 100% on-site in Phoenix, AZ and requires travel about 20% of the time.
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 base + annual bonus program
