Based in South Carolina, we're a full service fire sprinkler and alarm contractor with a long history of success and currently we are looking for a Fire Alarm Inspector to be based 100% at one of our long-term client sites in Colombia, SC.
What You Will Be Doing
Work 100% on our client site in Colombia, SC
Report to our office in Greer, SC
Work on a team of 10-20 members
Inspect. Test and perform system checks on fire alarm systems
Identify code and non-conformance issues and prepare accurate service reports
Identify systems that are not in code compliance
Travel to job sites, as per schedule
Collaborate and communicate with clients with strong customer service
Work on an on-call rotational schedule
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of Fire Alarm inspections
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
NFPA Code Knowledge
OSHA 10/30 Certification
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
Valid driver's license in good standing
Ability to work on-call, as needed
Active NICET Certification may be required
Other Fire licenses may be required based on state or local regulations
