Focus exclusively on litigation - no marketing or intake responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through trial
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and litigation support staff
Deliver exceptional results for clients while maintaining the firm's values of care and integrity
Minimum of 2 completed personal injury jury trials
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing
5+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A team-first mentality with a passion for justice and client advocacy
$150K-$200K base salary + bonuses (OTE over $350K based on experience)
Quarterly fee bonuses (on both originated and non-originated cases)
