We are an HCD-certified modular Manufacturer based in California. We specialize in 100% steel structure modules and provide turnkey services for Affordable Housing projects. Design, engineering, and precision manufacturing take place under the same roof at our 250,000 SQFT facilities in San Diego, California, and Tijuana, Mexico. Leveraging our 200,000 square feet annual production capacity allows you to build 3X faster.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to prepare cost estimates for various construction projects, particularly in the real estate sector, including multi-family and single-family housing, as well as apartment buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Maintain a database of costs, labor rates, and materials for future reference.
Conduct site visits to assess project needs and conditions that may affect costs.
Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or real estate industry.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Experience with multi-family and single-family housing projects, including apartment buildings.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
