Estimator - Reconstruction (Multi-Family / HOA Exterior)
We are a rapidly growing contractor in Orange County focused on Exterior Envelope Reconstruction of mostly Multi-Family buildings.
Pay for this role is between 140k-175k, depending on experience. We also have a lucrative bonus system, average of ~30k per quarter in incentives that are paid out regardless on what is delivered after bid.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in overseeing bids for reconstruction projects on multi-family buildings. This role will require experience working on Apartment building exterior, working with owners, litigation experience (optional), and communication skills to ensure timely and successful completion of each bid.
