Employment Law Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our employment practice group in Boston. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel on a variety of employment law matters, representing clients in litigation and helping them navigate complex employment issues. Key Responsibilities

Draft and review employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with employment laws.
Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
Provide legal advice and counseling to clients on employment law matters, including breach of contract and retaliation claims.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and discovery materials.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs on employment law topics.
Stay updated on changes in employment law and provide training to clients and colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD)
Active license to practice in MA- license in RI is a plus!
4+ years of experience in employment law, with a focus on litigation.
Strong understanding of employment regulations and labor laws.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
