We are a commercial interior/exterior subcontractor based out of Austin, TX! We service Austin, Houston & San Antonio areas. We are actively looking for a commercial drywall estimator to join our team.

Roles is full-time in office.

What you'll be doing:
- Attending pre-bid walks
- Assembling bid files
- Proposing ideas that will create competitive advantages over the other bidders
- Identifying areas for cost reductions and value engineering
- Maintaining updated database of cost information (historical cost analysis of labor and equipment rates)
- Providing mentorship to estimating staff and interns
- Preparing high-level proposal schedules

What you need:
- 3+ years estimating experience
- Experience with metal stud framing, drywall, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, etc.
- Proficiency with OST, Quick Bid & Procore (required)
- Experience on commercial projects $500k+
- Experience with both ground up/large tenant finish out
- Effective math and organizational skills
