Job Title: Director of Project Management

- Responsible for front line customer service and portrays a polished professional image while interacting with clients, venue partners, and other vendors as needed
- Support Account Executives and Project Managers with technical and client relations perspective in the preparation of quotes and work orders
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure event equipment is packaged properly and set to event requirement/demands
- Produce and prepare event documentation including, but not limited to: floor plans, production schedules, wiring diagrams, 3D renderings, among others
What You Need for this Position
- 8+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience successfully executing projects and programs
- Experience in live event audio & video productions
- A strong understanding of Video Conferencing / Streaming & Hybrid events
- Experience training and leading a team of Account Managers and Project Managers
- Ability to travel throughout North America
