We're a 30 year old global engineering, consulting & seismic mitigation products provider based out of Los Angeles, CA. We are a fast-paced, ever-changing, progressive company with a unique approach to the market. We have a pipeline of high-visibility projects in manufacturing, biotech, hospital, government, hospital and other large scale commercial construction - we handle the MEP systems. We've hired on over 100 employees so far in 2024 and based on our vast project pipeline we are looking to bring on many more.

What you'll be doing:
- Create and implement strategic plans for fabrication operations in order to meet goals/objectives
- Oversee complete fabrication process (scheduling, planning, QC, cost management
- Lead fabrication department
- Monitor/analyze KPIs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration
- Drive innovation/efficiency
- Monitor/comply with all health, safety, environmental regulations
- Develop budget to ensure adherence to financial targets
- Build/maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, suppliers, department teams

What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Admin (or related)
- 10+ years in fabrication management
- Experience running more than one facility
- Experience managing 75+ people
- Experience using Advanced Steel or Solidworks software
- Experience use DXF files/shop experience (preferred)
- 5+ years in senior leadership
- Strong knowledge of fabrication process, materials, equipment, etc.
- Effective leadership & management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental regulations
