They've got a skilled team that is well-equipped to handle the removal and disposal of a wide range of materials, including interior wall partitions, doors and frames, carpet and base, VCT flooring, acoustic ceiling tiles and grids, millwork and casework, gypsum board (GWB) ceilings, light fixtures, access flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Solicit, bid, and close mechanical and demolition contracts for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients
- Estimate and prepare proposals
- Oversee all projects sold and act as primary client contact during and after construction
- Work closely with the estimator team
- Represent the company as a leader in the market
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of estimator experience
- 2+ years of demolishing experience (selective demo preferred)
- Experience using excel to bid and quote jobs
- Experience with dealing with a high volume of bids
- Experience on projects ranging from $10k-$500k in size.
- Must be near Marietta, GA or open to relocation
- Full time in office
Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000-$100,000 base + bonus potential based on company performance
