Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for automated processes and Robotics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving manufacturing efficiency and ensuring that control systems operate smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems for automated machinery and processes.
Develop and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs to ensure optimal performance.
Programming and troubleshooting of fanuc robots.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and commissioning of control systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Controls Engineer in an industrial setting.
Robotics experience, specifically using Fanuc.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming, particularly with Allen Bradley.
Experience with HMI design and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
