We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in modular systems within the oil and gas plants. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both civil and industrial construction and will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project teams to deliver successful results.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare detailed cost estimates for modular system construction in oil and gas plants, including civil and industrial components.
-Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to understand project scope and requirements.
-Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to gather and validate pricing, material costs, and timelines.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options to optimize project budgets.
-Manage bid proposals, reviewing vendor quotes and preparing detailed submissions.
Qualifications:
-At least 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
-Expertise in modular construction, civil works, and industrial systems.
-Strong knowledge of estimating software and tools.
-Excellent understanding of material, labor, and equipment costs related to oil and gas projects.
-Proven track record of preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates.
-Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working on projects valued at $5 million or more.
-Familiarity with oil and gas regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
