Roofing Service Manager

Position Overview
The Roofing Service Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient project management, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems and maintenance practices, as well as exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the roofing service department
Supervise and coordinate roofing projects and maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
Oversee budgeting and financial management for roofing projects
Coordinate inspections and service repairs
Lead a team of roofing professionals, providing training and mentorship
Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed
Manage change orders and material procurement
Prepare and present reports on service operations and project statuses.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the roofing or construction industry
Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and maintenance procedures
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficient in budgeting and financial management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
