Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for civil projects.
-Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
-Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
-Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and safety.
-Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
-Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
-Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications
-At least 5 years of Civil Engineering or Civil Construction Management
-In-depth knowledge of civil engineering, Industrial infrastructure, WWTP, Underground Utilities, DOT construction
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
-Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
