Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Audit Manager to join their team here in Lubbock Texas. They are a public accounting firm with connections in agribusiness and many other areas and industries. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
Evaluate financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Develop and implement audit strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and staff.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing or audit management.
Ability to work in office in Lubbock Texas.
