Established National Litigation Defense Firm Seeking Associate Attorney - Pasadena, CA
A well-established national defense firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Pasadena, CA. This Associate would have 3-5+ years of experience defending clients in products liability, personal injury, and professional liability matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation cases while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive legal team.
Offer:
$130,000 - $160,000+ base salary, contingent on experience

1,850 billable-hour requirement
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of litigation experience in products liability, personal injury, and professional liability
Strong general litigation skills, including depositions and discovery
Active California Bar license in good standing
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of defense litigation matters, including products liability and personal injury cases
Conducting depositions, legal research, and drafting motions and pleadings
Representing clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
Developing case strategies and advising clients on risk assessment
Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal matters
