Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position involves close collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
Help manage project budgets and schedules to ensure project milestones are met
Support the Project Manager in resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Participate in site meetings and document project discussions and decisions
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
